• Passwords are case sensitive: check keyboard settings such as disabling CAPS lock or enabling the Num Lock key.

• Are you a Scottsbluff Public School student? Students are advised to follow their building's account reset protocol or seek assistance from their assigned counselor.

• Are you a guardian encountering failed login attempts after setting the security preferences? Are you encountering failed attempts retrieving your username/password? Guardians may request administrative resets by completing a Password Reset Form available at the district's Central Office.  Please provide valid photo identification at the time of completing the Password Reset Form.
